You would probably be better advised to use a triac as the lamp-switching device and turn it on from an optocoupler enabled from your logic signal via a current-limiting resistor. If your logic source does not have much driving power you may have to insert a buffer/driver to fed the LED section of the optocoupler. If you want further help with this please advise.
