Since no one has answered your question in more than two weeks, I imagine that no one knows of such a standard bus. I certainly don't. However, that doesn't stop you from making up a two wire bus of your own that might serve your purposes.

I have in mind a carrier-current type of approach. Your power feed could be either AC or DC while your communication signal could be keyed tone bursts or a frequency shift keying arrangement. Is that called DTMF? I'm not sure, but maybe someone has suggestions along these lines.
