I've been trying to come up with a way to count the knitted courses in pantyhose type material without having to count each course by eyesight. Since there are several different colors, patterns, and thicknesses of fabric used in the different styles, it has been extremely hard to come up with a way to read these courses consistently with one type of sensor. I have an Omron H8CA-S counter that I would like to use, but finding a sensor or a way to consistently sense the courses in the pantyhose has been a real BEAR!!!!! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS THAT MIGHT HELP ME??????????
