I am interested in information about the use of 'measured times' to assess
individuals' productivity, either for the purposes of performance pay or
just simply to confirm that they are pulling their weight. Can anyone help
or point me towards some appropriate web sites?
I know that 'measured times' exist for car/truck repair tasks. If these
times are not used to measure productivity then what are they used for?
Thanks in anticipation.
