We are a company based in Hong Kong specializing in the manufacture of women's accessories. In our manufacturing process we are required to use powder coating for our products, specifically the bra wire tips. We are currently researching for different types of powders that can be used for this purpose. At present we use thermoset powders which are applied by electrifying the wire then dipping into the powders and then cured.
We would like a nylon powder (low temp preferred) that can be coated over a PET wire and also wires which have been coated using "Rilsan PA11 type powders". Requirements for the new powder should have a strong bonding with the two coatings and strong impact resistance.
If anyone should have any recommendations, please email me.
Regards
