I'm looking for any resources/references/experience on corona treating low energy surfaces, specifically PE foam. At the moment I'm corona treating to promote anchorage of an adhesive to the foam, but I'm getting inconsistent results. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
