I'm kind of tired building large 80C32 setups, so I was wondering, is it possible to use I2C ram from ex. XICOR as external code memory ? I understand you need to program a sort of line interpreter to do it. I know this is much slower, but speed is not an issue here, compact size is. I used to work with 89C2051 but need more I/O, so if I could use a 80c535 with I2C ram I had al the things I need: A/D, lots of ports and a compact size pcb... If anybody has some source, ideas or links, please help me ! Thx
