Does anyone know of any companies in the UK or abroad who contract fill or supply
'empty' pens. The pen in question is like a fibre tipped pen although it
contains a ball bearing for dispersion and the nib is like a plastic iris which allows the ink out when pressed onto the
substrate. The ink is more like paint than ink. I would appreciate ANY
help.
Thanks
