In the 70's B&H offered a course on how to build a color TV. They provided an analog multimeter early in the course to teach how to measure DCV,DCA,R. I am trying to find the manual that went with that analog meter. Don't know who made the meter. Maybe Hetakit?? Any help appreciated.
