I need a variable capacitance diode (tuner diode) for an experimental circuit. It must vary from under 100pF to over 400pF using only 9V tuning voltage. ITT Semiconductor once manufactured the BB510, which would be great. Such diodes were used for MW tuning in car radios. I also heard of the NTE618 which should work. Any help on locating just a few of any of these devices (or similar) greatly appreciated!
