Any help you can give me regarding the technical information of the Marconi Oceanlink 400 will be very much appreciated. I need to know that is it possible to modify the unit from restricted operation version (fixed in marine HF bands only) to full operation version to provides full band transmission from 1.6 Mhz to 29.999 MHz for non-marine application? If so, would you tell me how to modify ? Thanks in advance. Regards John Tsui
