Hi, I inherited this device that I have no idea what it is. Can you help? It has some display buttons; slow, fast, reverse, second check, a function knob and an outlet control knob with on/off and auto on/off. The function knob has a counter, time adj, present time, sleep and an on set, and off set. It has two electric plug outlets on the back. What is this thing and does it have any value? Thank you.
