I am trying to locate a copy of a paper on non-dissipative snubbers that
was published for Powercon 7 (1980?). I have an old copy of it but it is
not completely legible.
The paper is titled "Modeling and Design of Non-Dissipative LC Snubber
Networks and was written by William Shaughnessy from The Superior
Electric Company.
I believe there may also have been a reference to this in the prior
years (1979, Powercon 6) as well.
If anyone has a copy of this or have any ideas on how to obtain one, I
would much appreciate it.
Thanks in advance
