Hi folks. I am a newbie hobbiest. I would like to know what's the best path to building a transmitter that would broadcast over a short distance a jamming signal on all cell phone frequencies. Can I buy such a thing partially built? Must I start from scratch? Where would I find plans or information to do something like this? I am not concerned about the leaglity of this since I would never use it in violation of any FCC code or other law. Thanks.
