I hope to put a batch of 4 diodes in cryostat ( as low as 50K) for high
frequency (Ghz) characterisation, but the cryostat has only one way of
HF wire-out, so a small switch (mm scale, likely to be placed on SMA )
is necessary to switch between these 4 diodes. Here HF does not mean
the switching frequency. It is supposed to be remote-controlled outside the
cryostat, and it can survive low temperature, and being small enough.
