Hello, I have some question about using thermal clad (Berquist) or other IMS material (Denka, et..) in high current/voltage applications.
1) Have you ever used traditional package (TO247, TO220, TO218) in surface mount applications with thermal clad and do you know the thermal clad using these package?
2) I am looking for a company wich produce high current SMD connectors (10 Amps).
3) What about EMI/RFI problems using thermal clad in high frequency switching applications (20kHz-100kHz).
