Message:

Hi, I have expected that the new Pspice release coming with OrCad 9 will support more (if not all) of the widely existing models for MOS transistors. It does actually suport a lot, but not all and according to the Murphy's laws it doesn't support the model I need. So, does anyone know of a way or a software that can convert Philips MOS model 9 to one of the supported models like BSIM3v3, EKV etc.? Any shared information or hint would help a lot and shall be highly appreciated. Thnx
