Hi, I'm trying to identify (and locate a replacement) a diode. It's not the usual zener-type. It's 2.5mm long, 2mm in diameter with a cream-coloured ceramic body, with one greyish-purple and one dark green band on it. It's from an electronic muscle-stimulation unit, marked 'D3' on the PCB. Help or comments apprecited! Mike.
