Subject: Looking for info on or a source for NEC ISS70 Schottky DiodeMessage:

I am looking for any information on an old NEC ISS70 Schottky diode,
used as a mixer diode in a marine radar. Any technical data, or a
possible souce for parts would be appreciated.
