DESIGN HELP?? I am trying to develop a IGBT inverter with Intelligent Power Module for 2-10 KW area. Output should be 220 v 50 Hz min.2,5 KW for "small" vindmill & car use.Next size should be 4,5 KW and 6 KW + 10 KW.It seems to me that most of the producers of IGBTs have an EVALUTATION BOARD, but the SAME board from 1-10 KW !? How can this be ?
2) What gives the 220 volts, is this ONLY given in the generator source, and a very little Voltage loss in the IGBTs ?
3) Is the construction very sensitive on waveform of Generator, or will the "good quality sine wave" come from a reference sinus at the controlelr board ?
