Hi,
I have a microcontroller based design which I want to see if I can
make it as part of a PC add on card. I am planning to add it to a 386
33 MHz PC having an ISA bus. Is there any interface chip to connect to
the ISA bus. What kind of precautions should I take in terms of
voltages, signals and speed of the ISA bus. Is the ISA spec available on
the net
To begin with I would just want to track some signals and use the
power from the PC to drive my card, try and use the clock on the ISA to
drive my logic before I start adding a whole lot of other components.
Which component family should I use, HC HCT AHCT etc.
Thnxs and Rgds
